Questions
- I bought NowThis Pro or the Apple Watch unlock. Do I need to pay again?
- No. Pro has been renamed to Supporter, and earlier Pro and Apple Watch unlock purchases automatically became Lifetime Supporter, including all current and future Supporter features and artwork. No subscription or repurchase is needed. If it does not show up, tap Restore Purchases.
- What happens if my subscription ends?
- Apple Watch task editing stops, but viewing tasks and complications keep working. You keep the icon collections you earned while your subscription was paid. Every iPhone feature stays exactly as it was.
- If I buy Lifetime, is my subscription cancelled?
- No. Buying Lifetime does not cancel a subscription. Use Manage Subscription in the app, or your Apple Account settings, to stop future renewal charges.
- How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
- Open Settings → Support Development and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.
- How do refunds work?
- All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. See our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard EULA.
